Returns 

All item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of the date shown on the receipt. Goods received outside of the return’s timeframe will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. 

We are unable to accept returns unless they can be deemed
- All item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were received, (includes shoes in the original undamaged box) with all labels attached.

- New and unused means there are no marks on the item(s) or wear on the tags and the item(s) have been returned to us in a saleable condition.

- Plum Boutique will not accept returns for non-faulty item(s) that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed.

- We recommend you return your item(s) using a secure or trackable method i.e. Recorded/Special Delivery and that you retain your proof of postage.

- All item(s) purchased on the Plum Boutique website must be returned to our store at the responsibility of the sender. Plum Boutique cannot be held responsible for item(s) lost or delayed when being returned.

Please note that we do not offer a free return’s service. Returns costs must be meet by the customer.
